FULFILLMENT POLICY:
We guarantee a processing time on all requests of under 12 hours from time of submission. Please note, this does not mean that all medication requests will be approved. Each request will be reviewed for appropriateness and safety by a physician or provider prior to being processed. There is a list of commonly approved and excluded medications available on our FAQ’s page. You may also contact us directly at any time using the “Message Us” button at the bottom right of your screen if you have questions about medication eligibility.
Prices are $24.99 for a 30-day refill, $58.99 for a 90-day refill and $9.99 for a rush order fee. All charges are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards. We do not bill insurance companies or complete requests for prior authorizations or worker’s compensation forms.
Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis. If you submit a medication request and it is not approved by a physician, you will receive a 100% refund of your pre-payment. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for this refund to post in your bank account. If we do not process your request within 12 hours, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined on a case to case basis.
All prices are for physician / provider services, and are distinct from pharmacy fees. We are not an online pharmacy, nor do we partner directly with any local or mail order pharmacies. As such, customers are responsible for all fees charged by the pharmacy at pickup, which will vary depending on insurance plan and location. Refill Genie is not responsible for medication fees, surcharges or other costs incurred at the pharmacy and does not refund purchases once a medication has been distributed by the pharmacy unless there was an ordering error on our end.
